AcademicLiveCare (ALC) provides high-quality, on-demand medical care specifically tailored for students. Through the power of telemedicine, ALC offers a convenient way to see a doctor from your dorm, home, or wherever you may be.
The ALC app connects you to experienced medical and behavioral health providers who are board-certified. With our 24/7 on-demand service or scheduled appointments, your health is always in your hands.

We cater to the medical and behavioral health care needs of students and their dependents. Our experienced clinicians are able to promptly address a range of patient concerns, including urgent care for conditions such as bronchitis, sinus and respiratory infections, sore throat, diarrhea, cold/flu, gout, strep throat, urinary tract infections, pink eye, hypertension, migraines, and pneumonia. Additionally, we provide therapy for depression and anxiety, ADHD/ADD, bereavement, trauma, couples therapy, stress, divorce, and sleep disorders. Our psychiatrists can assist with conditions like anorexia, bipolar disorder, panic attacks, PTSD, OCD, psychosis, insomnia, and substance abuse. Furthermore, we offer nutrition services for weight concerns, food allergies, meal planning, high blood pressure, pediatric nutrition, digestive disorders, and pregnancy diets.
Availability of ALC is limited to students attending colleges and universities where the service is provided. To check if your school offers ALC as a benefit, please visit myahpcare.com and search for your institution.
It is important to note that telehealth is not suitable for emergencies. In case of a medical emergency, please call 911.

If you use Apple Health, you have the option to share your health information with the doctor during your video visit. This includes data such as heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, blood glucose levels, weight, nutritional information, and respiratory rate.
